What can I expect when I contact Think Carton?

Upon the receipt of your initial email, the Senior Solutions Consultant will look at your consultation form. From there, he or she will exercise discretion in choosing the Solutions Consultant (also known as a Mentor or Guide) that is most suited to your unique situation. Usually you will receive a response within 24 hours.

After establishing initial contact with you, your Mentor will communicate with you in order to ascertain your particular needs. You will communicate through a method that both of you are comfortable with, be it a face-to-face meeting, over the phone, via email, or instant messaging.

Once your Mentor or Guide has discovered your needs, he or she will continue to work with you to work towards a solution that works best for you. A plan of action will be discussed and you and your Mentor will work together to achieve the goal that has been established.

If at any point you feel uncomfortable with your Mentor, you may get in touch with the Senior Solutions Consultant who will accommodate you by finding someone more appropriate. If you have any complaints, then he or she can address them as well.
