What to expect after you submit your application
After you submit your application, the Senior Solutions Consultant will review it and consult the rest of the Think Carton team regarding your acceptance. Following a team meeting, and assuming everyone has agreed to continue with the process, we will email you to set up a good time for a phone interview. We will not call you prior to this stage of the process. Upon passing the interview, you will be trained for a period of time dependent on your experience. When appropriate, you will begin taking on the responsibilities of your position. And that’s when the fun starts! You’ll start building relationships and begin making a real difference in somebody’s life by directly impacting their quality of life.
